What the build fee covers

Everything it takes to go from a kickoff call to a live site that books inspections: every page written and built for you, a real page for every town you serve, an estimate form, click-to-call and lead alerts on your phone, financing and insurance claim pages, before and after galleries from your own photos, a Google Business Profile tune-up, conversion tracking wired in from day one, and the domain and the site registered in your name. You get a private link to the real thing, not a PDF, and one round of changes before it goes live.

What the monthly covers

The work that keeps the site ranking once it is live. New content published continuously, local SEO for every town you work, review generation and responses, storm landing pages on a twenty-four-hour turnaround, missed-call text-back, unlimited copy edits the same day, hosting with SSL and nightly backups, and a monthly report in plain English that counts calls and forms rather than impressions.

What is not included

Ad spend and ad management. We build the landing pages and the tracking that Google Ads and Local Services Ads need, and we will tell you what a click is costing you. We do not manage the spend, and we will refer you to someone good who does.
Photography. We launch with the job photos on your phone. If they are rough we launch with stock and swap them as you send better ones.

How billing works

The build is a single payment of $3,200. The monthly starts when the site goes live and is billed month to month. There is no contract, no minimum term and no cancellation fee. If you stop, the site, the domain and everything written for it stay yours; we hand over the files and help you move them.

Already have a website?

Usually we keep what is working: your photos, your reviews, any pages already ranking. Then we rebuild around them. We will tell you straight on the first call whether a rebuild is worth it or whether you need three fixes. Sometimes it is the second, and we say so. Is there a contract?

Not on the monthly. The build is a one-time $3,200 and the $350 SEO and content plan is month to month from there. If it is not earning its keep, cancel it and keep the site, the domain and everything written for it.

What happens if I stop the monthly?

You keep the site, the domain and everything written for it. The $350 covers SEO, new content and hosting, so stopping it stops that work. We hand over the files and help you move them to wherever you want them hosted.

Do I own the site, or am I renting it?

You own it. The domain stays in your name, the content is yours, and if you cancel we hand over the files and help you move them. We have seen too many contractors held hostage by an agency that owns their domain.

Is hosting extra?

No. Hosting on a global CDN, the SSL certificate and nightly backups are part of the $350 monthly. There is no separate hosting bill and nothing to renew.

Are there any other fees?

No setup fees, no per-page fees and no hourly billing. Everything on the What You Get list is included in either the build or the monthly. The only two things we do not sell are ad spend and photography.

I have seen cheaper roofing websites. Why $3,200?

Cheaper usually means a template with your logo dropped in, a list of town names instead of town pages, and copy you are expected to write yourself. One replacement job typically covers it.
