Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of prorooferwebsites.com (the “site”) and, together with the written proposal or agreement you receive from us, to the services Pro Roofer Websites (“we”, “us”) provides. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to them. If a written agreement between us says something different from this page, the written agreement wins.

Using the site

You may use the site to learn about our services, contact us and book a call. You agree not to misuse it: no scraping, no attempts to interfere with it, no sending anything through the form that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to send. We may block access to anyone who does.

The content of the site, including its text, design and code, belongs to us or to our licensors. You may not copy it for use on another site without our written permission.

Our services

We build websites, provide local SEO and content, and set up lead capture for roofing contractors. What is included in the build and in the monthly plan is described on the pricing page and in your proposal. We work only with roofing businesses and may decline work that falls outside that.

Pricing and payment

Our prices are published on the pricing page and confirmed in your proposal. The build fee is a single payment. The monthly plan is billed month to month, starting when your site goes live, and continues until you cancel it. We may change the monthly price with at least thirty days’ written notice; the change takes effect at your next billing date after that notice.

What you own

Your domain name is registered in your name, or transferred to your name if we register it for you. When the build fee is paid, the website we build, the pages we write for it and the leads it generates are yours. If you stop the monthly plan we hand over the site files and help you move them to a host of your choosing.

Some parts of a site are built on third-party services (for example a booking tool, a fonts service or a hosting platform). Those remain subject to their own terms, and we do not transfer rights we do not hold.

Cancelling

You may cancel the monthly plan at any time by emailing info@prorooferwebsites.com. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops the work the plan covers, including hosting, so we will agree a handover date with you and keep the site up until then.

What you are responsible for

• Giving us accurate information about your business, including your licence, insurance and the towns you serve, and telling us when it changes.
• Making sure you have the right to use any photos, logos, reviews or other material you send us for the site.
• Answering the leads the site produces. We build the site and route the calls and forms to you; what happens after that is up to you.
• Complying with the laws that apply to your trade and your advertising, including rules on insurance claims and deductibles in your state.

No guarantees of rankings or leads

We build sites and run local SEO the way we believe works best, and we report the results to you plainly. We cannot control Google, your competitors, the weather or your market, and we do not guarantee any particular search ranking, number of leads or amount of revenue.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business, arising from the site or our services. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Third-party services

The site uses Calendly for bookings and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites and services; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Privacy

How we handle the information you share with us is described in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that we cannot settle between us will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always at this address, with the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
