Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Pro Roofer Websites (“we”, “us”) collects when you use prorooferwebsites.com (the “site”), what we do with it, and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email info@prorooferwebsites.com.

Information you give us

When you send the form on the site, we receive what you type into it: your name, company, mobile number, email address, the towns you work, your current website if you enter one, the kind of work you want more of, and anything you write in the message box. We also record the page the form was sent from and, if your browser provides it, the page that referred you to us.

When you book a call, the booking is handled by Calendly. Calendly collects the name, email address and time slot you enter and shares them with us. Calendly’s own privacy policy covers how it handles that information.

When you call or email us, we keep the details you share so that we can reply and follow up.

Information collected automatically

The site is served through Amazon Web Services (CloudFront and S3). Like any web host, AWS keeps standard server logs that include your IP address, the pages requested, the time of the request and the type of browser and device used. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure.

The site itself does not set cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. The Calendly booking window may set cookies of its own while it is open. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

How we use your information

• To reply to you and, if you asked for one, to build the sample homepage described on the site.
• To hold the strategy call you booked and to follow up on it.
• To provide our services to you if you become a client.
• To keep the site working and to protect it from abuse.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We do not send automated sales sequences; one person reads what you send.

Who else sees it

A small number of service providers process information on our behalf so that the site works:

• Amazon Web Services hosts the site and stores the details you send through the form, in the United States.
• Calendly handles call bookings.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces on the site, and Cloudflare (cdnjs) serves one animation library. Each receives your IP address when your browser loads those files.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep the details you send for as long as we need them to reply to you, provide our services or keep basic business records, and we delete them when you ask us to unless we are required to keep them.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@prorooferwebsites.com and we will deal with it promptly. If you would rather not use the form or Calendly at all, you can simply call us at (312) 409-5146.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. The details you send are stored with access limited to the people who need them to reply to you. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.

Children

The site is intended for roofing businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page.
